REFRESHING A 1-BEDROOM & DEN CONDO PERFECT FOR THE FIRST-TIME BUYER

Selling and buying homes most often accompany life transitions, and so it was for the owner of this Beltline area condo, who was about to be married and moving to a new, larger home. The condo had been listed and shown vacant, but a lack of buyer interest prompted a change of approach.

First on the to-do list was repainting throughout, which gave the interior a fresh new feel, with some bold accents of blue to spice things up and make the space memorable. The location of this property, just steps away from vibrant 17^th Avenue, was ideal for young, first-time buyers, and creating the right vibe for them was our vision in staging it. A modern, youthful look and feel was the goal, and playing off the cobalt blue accent colour was a fun twist. We also furnished the large den space as a second bedroom to demonstrate the versatility of the plan.
