The “modern urban farmhouse” has become a leading design trend in the last few years, and this new project by award-winning North Vancouver builder Goldcon Construction is a great interpretation of the style. Certainly a luxury home by any standard, this is still a home designed for families. The focus is on comfort and stylish, relaxed living rather than dressy glamour.

We approached this staging project almost as a custom design, sourcing much of the furniture and décor specifically to create the right upscale, sophisticated but still casual farmhouse vibe. This home is built for entertaining and gathering, with flowing open spaces inside and out. A great success on the market, it sold very quickly, including many of the Dekora furnishings.
